RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
If you wish to return your item/s for any reason, you will need to contact us and ship it back within 14 days after you have received the item/s. You will receive a [RETURNFORM} which we ask you to complete and include in the returned package. You will need to state the reason of your return or exchange request and we greatly appreciate any feedback regarding your purchase experience.
All custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The transportation risk of return is on the buyer. If the package is lost during its transit back to us, a refund will not be issued. Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the status of your return and exchange/refund.
To be eligible for return/exchange, the item must be re-sellable, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and with the same amount of product. All original labels need to be attached and if the product is sealed, the seal shall not be broken. We do not provide refunds for items that get damaged on their way back to us, so please package responsibly for transit. If either of the mentioned conditions are not met, the refund amount will be deducted the monetary loss of value for each product.
Returns require proof of purchase. We store invoices for all incoming orders, but please include your order number when contacting us. If the refund is approved, your refund, minus the shipping costs, will be process and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The transfer time depends on your method of payment and if through a third party (PayPal), we request you browse their terms and conditions.
SENSITIVITIES or REACTIONS
Raindrop Soaps is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test beforehand and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product. For external use only.
WRONG, INCOMPLETE or OUTDATED ADDRESS
Please double check that your address is correct when placing your order as we do not provide refunds for orders lost in transit due to wrong, incomplete or outdated addresses. If the order is directly send back to us due to any of these errors, and the item/s are intact, you can choose between getting a refund or having the items shipped to the correct address. If you want us to ship the item again, there will be a new shipping cost which you will have to pay. If you choose to get a refund, we will refund you, minus the shipping costs as these are not refunded.
PACKAGE NOT PICKED UP OR REFUSED – FAILURE OF DELIVERY
If you do not pick up your package, refuse it or refuse to pay customs charges and the item/s therefore get returned to us, we will refund your order minus any shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. If you are ordering a gift that is being sent directly to the recipient and the order will be subject to customs charges, please let the recipient know in advance to avoid complications.
ITEMS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY
If one or more items are damaged upon delivery, we need photographic proof of damage on the product/s as well as the packaging, in order to assess the extent of a refund in part or in full. Please contact us before returning the parcel.
WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
Unfortunately, mistakes can occur on our end too and if your package is missing one or several items, or if you have received the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct the error.
PACKAGE LOST DURING TRANSIT
It is highly unusual that a package gets lost in the mail, but if your order does get lost in the mail, it qualifies for a full refund. Please contact us if your order is taking an abnormally long time to get to you. We recommend reading our FAQs (http:RaindropSoaps.com/faqs) before ordering. If the order has not arrived after 8 weeks from shipping date, it is considered lost in the mail – unless there are known unusual circumstances causing the delay.
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within ONE HOUR of placing your order, as we might have already started processing your order for shipping. To cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email stating that you wish to cancel your order. Please note: If your cancellation request is received later than the one hour immediately following your order confirmation, the cancellation request (and full refund) will depend on whether or not your order has been handled and/or shipped at that time.
